Networking: The Marist went for a full managed service which meant we dealt with all their suppliers and used our buying power to get them the best deal. We did all the procurement for 3 servers and liaised with their governors to discuss and deliver our plans. All our quotes are school compatible and know the processes that schools have to deal with. We want to provide schools with the support and advice they need. This is why we also provide a 5 year plan so our customers can see the direction we want to take IT which will eventually, with energy saving initiatives save them money in the long run.

Solution: Now in its second year with Connect The Marist Primary School has changed there support structure and set up a fully bespoke parent portal. As part of their package we deal with all their suppliers and used our buying power to get them the best deal. We did all the procurement for 3 user and production servers along with 3 quotes for governors and the five year plan that all schools require. We have provided the school with a fast and easy manageable network but most importantly we have created something that works for them.

Networking: Salesian Catholic College is another one of our NetSupport contracts. This is a great showcase of our capabilities with 1300 students and staff, 300 ideal users at a time we have managed to improve their back-bone cabling structure and server performance. As all our contracted customers we have all provided them their 5 year plan, rough costs and priority action.
Website: The scope of Salesian's website was inperitive to get right as it was such a big job. Designers carriered out full site maps for SLT which was based on excisting monitored traffic.
As part of our service we transferred over previous data which is requested from a lot of our customers.
Virtual Learning Environment: Salesian invested heavily in the Frog learning platform and wanted to ensure they had a corporate and professional looking website and virtual learning platform. Our design team spent time with key staff listening to what they wanted to achieve and then making it happen.
Through our school specific implementation plan Salesian were able to quickly adopt their chosen VLE and enable the features and content make a real difference to the young people’s learning across the whole curriculum. Feedback shows that features and content were easy to find and the product and design met the schools requirements to move forward with their teaching and learning goals.
